This is absolutely the worst pizza you can find in San Diego. Sauce is disgusting and the crust is cardboard. Don’t eat this

Employee wasn't wearing a mask, or any kind of face covering. Not while cooking, nor while speaking to customers. Repeatedly went around the plastic barrier between the customer and employee to talk to the customers. It's a shame, because the pizza was good ($15 and the size of a frozen pizza - but pretty solid). But I won't be likely coming back until the pandemic is over if they'll be that flippant about not caring about customers health and well being.

This is THE best Pizza in San Diego. They have already established themselves with their Pacific Beach location. Happy to see them in Little Italy. Quick and easy, yet so delicious lunch & dinner options.

The crust was thin and this was good since it looked like real Italian (roman) pizza. However it was burning hot, impossible to keep in your hands, falling everywhere since it was too soft... If you consider that you have to be standing or sitting on those long tables this will make clear how uncomfortable it is the whole experience.

I'm 100% Italian and I love that I can find real Italian ingredients and tastes in San Diego. As in their first restaurant in PB, here the pizza is simply amazing. Prices are good too!

Pretty good pie if you are craving a margherita pizza with thin crust. Nice to see performers outside on the weekend evening. A bit spendy for how full you get from it, (I think it was about $13) but I suppose it's set at a normal price for Little Italy, San Diego. Definitely great tasting ingredients and great texture.

We ordered through the website and went to pick it up. I order the margarita only with regular mozzarella and tomato sauce but as I ordered it to go I could added some arugula and tomatoes cherry at home. It is really the perfect base for you to finish at home. The dough is perfectly cooked. And as soon as I went to the store the pizza was ready. I don't have anything bad to say. The only advice that I give you is that of you want to order delivery the app rises the prices so you will pay for delivery fee plus higher prices

We went here the week prior to Christmas, so the area was jam packed with people. Looking for a quick and savory bite we decided on the food hall and ambrogio15, big mistake. I placed my order for two pizzas and was given a buzzer, waited for 30 minutes at the bar and received no notification. I went to the cash register to inquire and was told that I was notified (not true) and that my pizzas were sitting cold. When I checked the pizzas, they were indeed cold. They didn’t even try to warm them up. When I asked them to warm the pizzas up they refused. I then asked for my money back and they had me wait there while others were putting their orders in. I waited for 20 min. To make matters worse, while waiting for my refund and having my pizzas sit on the counter, a frustrated employee decided to push them off while serving other customers. Both pizzas fell out of their boxes onto the floor and onto other customers. Everyone looked in disbelief. Another employee had to come out from behind the counter to clean up the mess. The perpetrator didn’t even offer an apology while I now waited with no money and no pizzas. I eventually got my refund, but what a horrible experience! Don’t go here!

Located inside the Little Italy dining hall, this joint serves up pizza and salad. The service was good, and it didn't take too long for the pizza to be made. It's an open kitchen so you can watch it being made and in the oven as well. The price point is a little higher for a pizza, but the quality is pretty high. I got the margherita pizza, 12", but pretty thin crust. Surprisingly, the crust held well and wasn't too flimsy. The crust is a light crispy, it's not too soggy nor is it burnt. The pizza sauce was pretty sweet and tasty. The cheese was also quite good and the basil was fresh. Overall, this is a good try. It's possible to share a pizza, but probably one with more toppings.

The pizza has no flavor not because "the ingredients speak for themselves" but because the ingredients had no flavor. Also a pizza for 1 is about $20. The only thing that could have been worse would have been to have to wait in line... But apparently everyone else also knows the pizza here isn't great.
